 Morning had cake x2 and the chocolate bar.

Then continue do wash the bedding and brought them down.

Dried clothes and then went to sleep.

Woke in morning and Comment on Caroline Keeps posts. 

Township there is a 壙坑 game at the monent so I used tools to dig it.

Talked to mum on WhatsApp about certain careers choices etc.

Tidy up some bottles and papers and wrapped them up into a bag.

Later on went out cycling in rain.  Go to the Pelham bridge and at the meantime dropped the bottle twice one in ones out. I changed my mind going back as there are lots of cars there and also no pedestrians so road back via car park.

They threw a bit of paper to recycle bins when back.

Take a noodle with the remainder of fish and with hot asda soup and cola. Also had a packet of crisps.

Getting things packed and put showe gel, clothes and undies, toothpaste for dad.

Went to took bus and it is B7RLE 🥹🥹 very powerful indeed. Someone left driving me test result and glasses behind. 🙄

Got to hospital and into ward. Saw the lovely Sri Lanken nurse.

Dropped something for dad.

Talked to nurse she described her role and discussed her experience, training, what subjects to do, moral and sociology and holistic care. Patient safety, role between nurse and hca. Drug calculatoions. Other healthcare professionals etc.

Cannula and how apply roles etc. Talked about between aviation and nursing etc.

Then talked to Pat on the phone and also about roles in nursing etc and discusion with mum etc.

Stayed for a few hours and took bus back.

Getting paper ready to dump.

And also cleaned dishes and let them dry.

Writing diaries for last few days.

Watered the plants.

Learned German.

Getting fish and sausage to let them defrost.

Then I cooked my dinner. 

Later I continue to do the paper and did the recycling bit outside.

Then I saw Mayflower class 69001.

Am tired, learned languages like German and then went to sleep.
